Shirasugi Brewery started to brew sake using table rice in 2014. Since then, they have kept and added a little bit of sake from every production year into a reserve tank. After a wait of seven year, they finally obtained the sough after taste, a taste rich in history, a taste that lived thru all experiences the brewery had during that period.
Hence, To be Continued … 2021 is one of a kind of sake that will transport you onto uncharted territories.
This sake can endure more robust foods like duck, lamb but also deep-dish pizza, onion rings and cheeseburgers.
