Description
Sake made with Goriki rice from Tottori prefecture, which is extremely difficult to grow due to its tall and fragile stem. This variety of rice was about to become extinct but, thanks to the professors of the agricultural faculty of the local university and the hard work of a farming family, it was saved and started to be cultivated again. Inatahime Goriki sake is drinkable, refreshing and aromatic.
Thanks to the rice used, which has not undergone any “changes”, nor has it been tamed by the needs and taste demands of the market, we have a sake of yesteryear, direct, dry and pleasant. Recommended fresh, but not too cold, and in combination with simple food, not too elaborate, such as a plate of vegetables dressed with a drizzle of olive oil, non-spicy and non-fatty meat or fish.
