Shipping Terms for Sake Company Luxembourg

1. Shipping Zones

We currently offer shipping services within Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.

 

2. Processing Time

a. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

b. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

 

3. Shipping Methods

a. Standard Shipping (Luxembourg): Standard shipping within Luxembourg is conducted through Post Luxembourg. Delivery times may vary, but typically range from 2-5 business days.

b. International Shipping (Belgium, France, Germany, and Netherlands): Shipping providers for orders to Belgium, France, Germany, and the Netherlands are subject to each country’s specific carrier availability. Please note the shipping costs and terms outlined in Section 4 for these countries.

 

4. Shipping Costs

a. Luxembourg:
– Orders under 150 Euro (before tax): 10 Euro shipping fee.
– Orders of 150 Euro or more (before tax): Free shipping.

b. Belgium, France, Germany, and Netherlands:
– Orders under 150 Euro (before tax): 25 Euro shipping fee.
– Orders of 150 Euro or more (before tax): 15 Euro shipping fee.

 

5. Tracking

a. Tracking Information: For eligible orders with tracking, you will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation email. However, please note that tracking numbers may not be provided for all orders.

b. Order Status: You can check the status of your order and track its progress through our website or by using the provided tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website, if applicable.

 

6. Delivery Issues

a. Lost or Delayed Shipments: In the rare event of a lost or significantly delayed shipment, please contact our customer service at info@sakecompany.lu, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

b. Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Sake Company Luxembourg is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

7. Customs and Duties

a. International Orders: For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. The customer is responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed by customs in the destination country.

 

8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your order is returned to us due to issues with the shipping address or if it is unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
